Situated in the agricultural holdings of Pretoria East, over looking the Rietvlei Game Reserve and Dam, you will find Noble Creek Equestrian Centre. The yard was founded in January 2010 by Alet and Magda Herbst. Although the yard is a competitive yard, it has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The riders and horse owners range across all age groups. There are a number of riding disciplines hosted at the yard, such as Show Jumping, Dressage, Showing, Equitation and Western Riding.
Noble Creek Equestrian Centre not only offers stabling, but hosts a number of training shows and clinics throughout the year. The yard falls under the Gauteng North region and Gauteng North riders will be able to earn points at the training shows. Non-competitive riders are also encouraged to take part in the training shows and clinics. Lessons are offered to children, juniors and adult riders for both competitive riders and non-competitive riders.
One can make use of the out ride trails that criss-cross the neighboring plots. Both horse and rider will be led all the way to the back of the Mooikloof Estate or there is a +/- 15km ride to a dam.
There are up to 54 horses on the property which are stabled in brick stables. There are two grass arenas, a sand arena, a lunge ring and spacious paddocks for the horses during the day. Social events are hosted at the clubhouse. The owners and stable manageress both reside on the property.
The yard is on the verge of some new and exciting developments for both rider and horse.
